1Opinion of the Court
McMlLLIAN, Judge.
Keshaun Jaemer Bonner was indicted in Fulton County on charges of armed robbery, hijacking a motor vehicle, and possession of a firearm during the commission of a felony in connection with an alleged taking of a car on April 3, 2014. Bonner appeals the trial court’s denial of his plea in bar and motion to dismiss this indictment based on double jeopardy and collateral estoppel, asserting that he previously pled guilty in Clayton County to a felony charge of theft by receiving stolen property involving the same car on the same day.
