Shea’s truck driven by Graichen was traveling on a paved road with a black line in the center and turned north: into a farmer’s driveway. The plaintiff was following in his truck. Graichen turned to the left of the center of the pavement a considerable distance before reaching the driveway into which he was intending to turn. The plaintiff turned left intending to pass defendant’s truck. The defendant’s truck continued on the left of the center of the road and entered the driveway ahead of the plaintiff.
