ORDER

CARR, District Judge.

This is a wrongful termination case brought by plaintiff Tinah Mischer. The defendants are the Erie Metro Housing Authority (EMHA), EMHA board members Edward Feick, Robert Moore, and Cheryl Ward, and John A. Feick, and Feick Contractors, Inc.

Plaintiff claims that she was terminated in violation of her employment contract and that defendants violated Title VII of the Civil Rights Act, 42 U.S.C. § 2000e et seq., by discriminating against her based on her gender and race.
