OAKLAND, District Judge.

The above-entitled action has been submitted on general demurrer to the bill. The bill alleges the following facts: The plaintiff is a corporation created, organized, and existing under and by virtue of the laws of the state of Minnesota, and having its principal place of business in the city of Minneapolis, in said state. That the defendants are citizens of the state of South Dakota, D. A. McGiliivray being tile sheriff of the county of Lake.
