Pacific West Marketing (PWM) appeals a judgment foreclosing the lien of Karl and Eva Hasek, d/b/a Hasek Construction Co. (Hasek). The primary issue is whether Hasek is bound by a previous judgment of foreclosure entered against the same property in an action to which it was not a party. We affirm.
