Appeal from a judgment of the superior court for Franklin county, Linn, J., entered March 18, 1915, upon findings in favor of the plaintiff, in an action for conversion, tried to the court.

The purpose of this action was to recover damages for the conversion of one hundred and seventy-two sacks of wheat. The cause was tried to the court without a jury, and resulted in findings of fact and conclusions of law and a judgment in favor of the plaintiff for the sum of $288.62. From this judgment, the defendant appeals.
No bill of exceptions or statement of facts has been brought to this court. Hence the cause is here for review *508only upon the findings of fact, conclusions of law, and judgment.
