{¶ 1} Respondent, Beauregard Maximillion Harvey, Attorney Registration No. 0078717, was admitted to the practice of law in Ohio in May 2005. This is Harvey’s second disciplinary matter. Harvey was disciplined in 2012 for failing to act with reasonable diligence in representing clients, failing to keep his clients informed, and engaging in conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice.
