This is an appeal from: (1) a judgment on the pleadings 1 granted to the plaintiff, Ronald L. Meier, for $7,231.75 principal, interest, costs and disbursements, based on a judgment by confession entered in 1962 against the defendants, Robert W. Purdun and Wilma F.
