The Atlanta Woman’s Club, Inc. (“the Woman’s Club”) brought an action against Harry E. Washburne, insurance agencies through which Washburne worked (“the agencies”) and Interstate Fire & Casualty Company (“Interstate”) to recover damages allegedly sustained after rental property owned by the Woman’s Club (“the premises”) and covered by an Interstate policy of insurance was damaged by fire.
