MEMORANDUM AND ORDER

Pro se 1 Plaintiff Robert A. Barclay (“Barclay”) brings suit against the National Railroad Passenger Corporation, commonly known as Amtrak, alleging discrimination in violation of the Americans with Disabilities Act (“ADA”), 42 U.S.C. § 12101 et seq. Before me is Defendant’s motion for summary judgment. For the reasons set forth below, I will grant Defendant’s motion.
