MILLETT, Circuit Judge:
Eleven years is a long time to wait for backpay; doubly so when no interest accrues over those eleven years. Yet, after a federal court of appeals entered judgment enforcing Jamison John Dupuy’s right to reinstatement and backpay with interest for his unlawful termination, the National Labor Relations Board entered into a settlement agreement with Dupuy’s former employer under which Dupuy’s backpay would be paid on those sparing terms over Dupuy’s objection.
