This is a workmens compensation case in which the claimant appeals for the second time from an alleged inadequate award. The first appeal in this case is reported as Fisher v. Rhoades Construction Co., 188 Kan. 792, 365 P. 2d 1101, to which reference is made for the facts.

The new issue here presented is whether the decision of the district court on remand of the case is contrary to the law and exceeds the district courts jurisdiction.
