ORDER
BLATT, Chief Judge.
This matter is before the court upon the defendant’s motion for a change of venue pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1404(a). The de fendant filed a memorandum in support of the motion and the plaintiff filed a memorandum in opposition to the motion. The parties were represented by their respective counsel who appeared before the court on September 3, 1987. After a review of the evidence of record, this court denies the defendant’s motion to change venue.
