THIS CAUSE came before the Court upon Defendant Iradimed Corporation’s *1297Motion to Dismiss (ECF No. 26) and Defendant Francis X. Casey’s and Defendant Roger Susi’s Motion to Dismiss (ECF No. 27). Plaintiffs filed a Response (ECF No. 34), and Defendants filed Replies (ECF Nos. 35, 36). The Motions are now ripe for review.
