Plaintiff-Counter-Defendant-Appellant-Cross-Appellee Northfield Insurance Co. (“Northfield”) seeks reversal of the district court’s final judgment that declared Northfield had a duty to defend Defendants-Appellees Loving Home Care, Inc.
