Appellant brought this action against appellee, to collect a sum of money alleged to be due it by the terms of a certain written contract. The complaint was in one paragraph, to which a demurrer for want of facts was sustained, and this ruling is assigned as error.
From the complaint it appears that both appellant and appellee were Indiana corporations, the former owning and operating a line of railroad through the city of Lawrence-burg for the carriage of freight and passengers for hire, and the latter owning and operating a street railroad through said city for the carriage of passengers for…
