MURRAH, Circuit Judge.

By this appeal the appellant challenges, the power and authority of the bankruptcy court to vacate, change, or modify an order fixing rental in a farmer-debtor proceedings under Section 75, sub. s, of the Bankruptcy Act, 11 U.S.C.A. 203, sub. s. The *951debtor contends in effect that once the order fixing the rental as provided by Section 75, sub. s(2), becomes effective, it is final and conclusive on all parties and the bankruptcy court is powerless to change the rental during the three-year stay period granted by the Act.
