RIDDICK, Circuit Judge.

This is an appeal from a judgment in a farmer-debtor proceeding under the Bankruptcy Act, 11 U.S.C.A. § 203 et seq., affirming an order of a conciliation commissioner fixing the rent on farm premises.

At the argument on the submission of the case, appellant presented a motion asking that we receive as a part of the record on appeal certain documents which the District Court, after a hearing on the question, held were not introduced in evidence in the proceedings with which this appeal is concerned and were not to be found either in the records of the proceedings before…
