1Opinion of the Court
Opinion
GRIGNON, Acting P. J.
Defendant and appellant Watson Land Company (Watson) appeals from a judgment in this eminent domain action brought by plaintiff and respondent Los Angeles County Sanitation District No. 8 (the District). Watson contends that the trial court erred in granting the District’s motions in limine excluding testimony of Watson’s expert regarding the value of the easements condemned by the District and in denying Watson’s request for a continuance to obtain admissible expert testimony on valuation. We affirm.
