MICHEL, Judge:

Contrary to his pleas, appellant was convicted at a special court-martial bench trial of possession, sale, and transfer1 of 328 *691grams, more or less, of marijuana in violation of Article 1151, U.S. Navy Regulations, 1973, the same being in violation of Article 92, Uniform Code of Military Justice (UCMJ), 10 U.S.C. § 892. His sentence, extending to a bad-conduct discharge, vests appellate jurisdiction in this Court. See Article 66(b), UCMJ, 10 U.S.C. § 866(b).

Appellant now complains, as he did in the trial court, that the specifications under the charge fail to specify facts…
