Vasconcellos v. Arbella Mutual Insurance

The plaintiff, Wendy Vasconcellos, appeals from a decision of the Appellate Division of the District Court Department in favor of her insurer, the defendant Arbella Mutual Insurance Company (Arbella), on four counts of contract claims and two counts of G. L. c. 93A claims. The underlying action arose from a motor vehicle accident on August 25, 2001, which hospitalized Vasconcellos and rendered her 1991 Ford Tempo automobile a total loss.
