OPINION

BROCK, Justice.

The trial court granted to the employee in this case worker’s compensation benefits for permanent total disability which he found to have resulted from a heart attack arising out of and in the course of the plaintiff’s employment. The defendant appealed, asserting that the decree of the trial court is without support in the evidence. We find in the record material evidence to support the finding of the trial court that the plaintiff’s heart attack and resulting disability arose out of and in the course of his employment; accordingly, we affirm the judgment of the trial…
