The plaintiffs, CUMIS Insurance Society, Inc. (“CUMIS”) and one hundred seven separate credit unions (the “credit unions”) seek damages against the defendants, BJ’s Wholesale Club, Inc. (“BJ’s”) and Fifth Third Bank Corp.
