This is a civil action brought by Plaintiff, II Palazzo Corporation, seeking damages from Defendants, City of Worcester, City of Worcester Police Department, and Eric Boss and Daniel F. Sullivan, members of the City of Worcester Police Department, for the economic loss and harm caused to Plaintiff resulting from the murder of an employee which allegedly occurred due to Defendants’ negligence.
