MEMORANDUM OPINION

JOHN D. SCHWARTZ, Bankruptcy Judge.

This matter comes before the court on an adversary complaint filed by plaintiff, Carl Pearson (“Pearson”) against debtor and defendant, George C. Howard, Jr. (“Howard”). The complaint states causes of action for a judgment pursuant to §§ 523(a)(2)(A), (a)(4) and (a)(6) of the Bankruptcy Code (11 U.S.C. §§ 101 et seq.) 1 finding that a judgment entered in the Circuit Court of Cook County on June 23, 1995 in Pearson v.
