Certiorari to review the decision of .the respondent Judges of the St. Louis Court of Appeals in the case of James G. Anderson v. William L. Kraft, an action for damages growing out of a collision of motor vehicles and brought by the present relator as plaintiff. Upon trial in the Circuit Court of the City of St. Louis, plaintiff secured judgment for $5,000. Defendant appealed there from to the St. Louis Court of Appeals, which reversed and remanded. [129 S.
