F-Star Socorro, L.P. appeals from the trial court’s order granting the El Paso Central Appraisal District’s plea to the jurisdiction. Appellant’s first issue challenges the trial court’s failure to file findings of fact and conclusions of law. In Issues Two through Four, Appellant argues the trial court granted the plea to the jurisdiction in error because it was excused from exhausting its administrative remedies prior to filing suit in this instance.
