Plaintiffs Snider International Corporation, Mark Cranford, Stan Derwin Brown, and Al Goyburu bring this putative class action against two Maryland towns: the *418Town of Forest Heights and the Town of Riverdale Park.1 Plaintiffs assert numerous claims, under 42 U.S.C. § 1983 for alleged violations of their constitutional right to due process of law.
