I. INTRODUCTION
This matter is before the Court on plaintiff’s motion for an award of costs and attorney’s fees pursuant to the Equal Access to Justice Act (EAJA), 28 U.S.C. § 2412(d)(1)(A) (docs. 13, 16), in his successful appeal from the Secretary’s denial of disability insurance and Supplemental Security Income (SSI) benefits.
