STONE, Judge.
This is an appeal by the Board of Adjustment of the City of Joplin, Missouri, from a judgment of the Circuit Court of Jasper County, Missouri, which set aside an order of the Board “that an exception be granted to the present zoning of 1012 West Nineteenth Street for non-conforming use” as a diaper service laundry, because such order had been entered without “due notice to the parties in interest,” as required by Section 89.100, R.S.Mo 1949, V.A.M.S., and Section 23 of the Zoning Ordinance of Joplin.
