Action by plaintiffs as resident taxpayers and parents of children of school age in defendant school districts for and on behalf of themselves and all other resident citizens and taxpayers of said districts for a declaratory judgment and injunctive relief against the said districts, the officers and directors thereof, and the Treasurer of Franklin County, Missouri.
