MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER

THIS MATTER comes before the Court on the Defendants’ Joint Motion Challenging Composition of Jury Venire, filed February 15, 2007 (Doc. 276)(“Motion”). The primary issues are: (i) whether the composition of the jury venire violates Defen dants John and Violet Goulds’ Sixth Amendment right to a jury chosen from a fair cross-section of the community; and (ii) whether the jury venire’s composition violates Mr. and Ms. Gould’s right to equal protection under the Fifth Amendment.
