Defendants’ motions to suppress the fruits of two wiretap orders and a search warrant present the questions whether Franks v. Delaware, 438 U.S. 154, 98 S.Ct. 2674, 57 L.Ed.2d 667 (1978), applies to Title III of the Omnibus Crime Control and Safe Streets Act of 1968, 18 U.S.C. §§ 2510-2520, whether the affidavits submitted in support of the wiretap applications contain false statements and material omissions sufficient to void the interceptions, and whether the defendants have standing to challenge the search warrant.
