This is an ejectment case in which the complainants seek to recover possession of fifteen hundred acres, of land situated in Fentress County. The complainants, in their original injunction bill, filed June 14, 1941, describe the land by metes and bounds and allege that they are the owners in fee simple by title deed, and that they are en titled to the immediate possession of said land; that the defendants have no title or right of possession, but are setting up fraudulent claims under deeds of recent date which convey no title to them.
