EWELL, Judge.

This is a suit in ejectment filed in the Chancery Court of Shelby County on April 21, 1961, by the original plaintiff, C. W. Hunter Company, against several defendants, including Frances S. Uhlhorn. In the complaint plaintiff contends that an area of land consisting of approximately 200 acres, being a portion of a larger area, bounded on the east by the Mississippi River and known as Island 40, though occupied by Uhlhorn, is the property of Hunter.
