Karen Margetta brought this action in two counts against her former employer, Pam Pam Corporation (“Pam Pam”), her former union, Waitresses’ Cafeteria and Dairy Lunch Girls Workers Union, Local 48 (“Waitresses’ Union”), Waiters & Dairy Lunch Men’s Union Local No. 30 (“Waiters’ Union”), and San Francisco Local Joint Executive Board of Culinary Workers, Bartenders and Hotel, Motel and Club Service Workers (“Joint Board”).
