KNAPPEN, Circuit Judge.
The Fremont Lumber Company (a corporation) was adjudicated bankrupt by the court below on June 8, 1908, and a general reference made. On the 26th of the same month De Ran was appointed attorney for the trustee in bankruptcy, one Eisenhour. On September 28, 1910, De Ran’s account for services and expenses as such attorney from June -26, 1908, to July 27, 1910, was allowed at $1,336.05, and payment made in due course.
