HUTCHESON, Circuit Judge.
This appeal is from an order declaring a cause of action for damages the bankrupt claims, and has brought suit on, as his, to be the property of his estate, and directing its sale.
Seen through a cloud of procedural contentions, the two points the bankrupt urges on the merits are: That the claim was his by abandonment, and that, if not, it was error to direct its summary sale.
