This is a proceeding under section 24b of the bankruptcy act of 1898 (Act July 1, 1898, c. 541, 30 Stat. 553 [U. S. Comp. St. 1901, p. 3432]) to revise an order of the District Court affirming the order of the referee in bankruptcy stating the account of petitioner, as assignee under the Ohio state law of the bankrupt Otho E. Hays, and requiring petitioner to pay over to the trustee in bankruptcy the sum of $4,086.61, found by the referee to be in petitioner’s possession and belonging to the estate of the bankrupt.
