This is an appeal of the district court’s 1 order affirming a final decision of the Commissioner of Social Security denying Cloyd Hepp’s 2 application for disability insurance benefits under Title II of the Social Security Act. See 42 U.S.C. §§ 416(i), 423. Hepp argues that he was denied due process because he did not get an opportunity to cross-examine properly one of the medical examiners. Hepp also claims that the administrative law judge’s (“ALJ”) decision denying benefits was unsupported by substantial evidence because the ALJ’s decision contained inconsistencies…
