CAVANAUGH, Judge.

This is an appeal from a final decree which enjoined Cigna Property and Casualty Insurance Company (“CIGNA”)1 from: (!) competing with Volunteer Firemen’s Insurance Service, Inc. (“VFIS”)2; (2) directly or indirectly soliciting, selling or issuing a voluntary property/casualty policy to any volunteer fire business for a period of three years; and (3) directly or indirectly using, disclosing or retaining any trade secrets or confidential information of VFIS. After careful review, we affirm.
