The plaintiffs, David E. Oueliet (“Oueliet”) and Silverleaf Development Corporation (“SDC”) (collectively “the plaintiffs”), bring this action against the defendants, Leslie T. Armstrong (“L. Armstrong”) and Arthur A. Armstrong (“A. Armstrong”), as Trustees of Cappy’s Way Realty Trust (“CWRT”) (collectively “the defendants”), to prosecute a mechanic’s lien recorded by Ouellet’s assignor, G. Lopes Construction Company, Inc.
