This appeal arises out of .employment-discrimination claims. An employee filed suit against her employer, an independent school district,-asserting claims based on the employer’s alleged violations of the Texas Commission on Human Rights Act, the Fair Labor Standards Act, the Family and Medical Leave Act, and the Texas Whistleblower Act. The trial court granted the employer’s pleas to the jurisdiction and summary-judgment motions and dismissed .all of the employee’s claims.
