Hatcher, Judge:

The plaintiff seeks in this action to recover damages of the defendant, a physician, for alleged malpractice. At the close of plaintiff’s evidence, the trial court directed a verdict for defendant.

The case as developed by plaintiff is as follows: the defendant was engaged to attend her during confinement. Because of seemingly undue delay in the commencement of labor, he gave her medicine at 8 P. M., to bring it on.
