BISHOP, J.
In this action arising from a motor vehicle accident, the plaintiff, Marie E. Sic, appeals from the *694summary judgment rendered by the trial court in favor of the defendant, Michael E. Nunan. On appeal, the plaintiff claims that the court improperly determined as a matter of law that the defendant did not owe her a legal duty of care. We agree with the plaintiff and, accordingly, reverse the judgment of the trial court.
