The appellants, former employees of the appellee, Charles Town Races, Inc., appeal the February 21, 1997 order of the Circuit Court of Jefferson County which dismissed their claim against the appellee for an alleged violation of the West Virginia Wage Payment and Collection Act, W.Va.Code §§ 21-5-1 to 21-5-18.
