Plaintiff’s counsel, BLS Legal Services Corp., 1 (“BLS”) brings this motion under the Equal Access to Justice Act (“EAJA”), 28 U.S.C. § 2412(d), to recover attorney’s fees for services rendered in successfully representing plaintiff in seeking judicial review of defendant’s decision denying Social Security Disability and Supplemental Security Income (“SSI”) benefits to the plaintiff.
