Hamner, Judge Jesse D. Driskill appeals the circuit court’s judgment overruling his Rule 29.15 motion for postconviction relief. He was convicted of two counts of first-degree murder, one count of first-degree burglary, one count of forcible rape, one count of forcible sodomy, and five counts of armed criminal action.
