This case presents the sole issue whether Connecticut’s statute of repose should apply in the plaintiff’s product liability action brought in a court of this Commonwealth. The Superior Court judge granted the defendant’s motion for summary judgment, ruling that the Connecticut statute applies to this action and bars the plaintiffs claim for relief. The plaintiff appealed and we granted his application for direct appellate review. We reverse the judgment, and remand this case for further proceedings. The few relevant facts follow.
