This is an appeal from a judgment in favor of appellees in a replevin action brought by appellant to recover possession of sixteen stacks of hay located on certain real estate in Jasper County, Indiana. The error assigned *661and relied on by appellant is that of the ruling on his motion for a new trial. It is insisted that the decision of the trial' court is not sustained by sufficient evidence, and is contrary to law.
